POSITION SUMMARY: The Check-in/out clerk position is responsible for the registration functions of the clinic. Performs various clerical duties, i.e., pulls charts, keeps stats updated daily, scheduling, filing and typing. Medical Records Clerk is responsible for maintaining efficient records, assuring that patient information is placed in medical record timely and appropriately and proper identification is used when charting information into chart. Practice Manager Assistant had duties of coding and entering charges for billing purposes, pre-certs for OB's and surgeries, has check-in/out duties and handles office issues when the Practice Director or Practice Administrator is out of the office. |
